I’ll never make this mistake again 
As you may of see a few months ago I was rushed into hospital with extreme pain..
After tests for hours the doctors confirmed it was kidney stones…
Apparently these are worse than pregnancy? I’ve never experienced that obviously but it was so bad.. and I’m not even being dramatic.
We found out it was due to dehydration .. I never even drank water… and you’re supposed to drink 1/2 litres per day!!
All I drank was coke or coffee…
So here’s your sign.. drink more water trust me you don’t want them…
